I have a DS Original system and I want to trade it in for the new DSi system. What do I do?

Okay, so I got a DS Original system (Not DS Lite) for Christmas in 2005, and I want to trade it in for the new DSi system. I heard something about Gamestop trades, but I heard it was only for DS Lite, nor do I have a local Gamestop. Also, the stickers that talk about safety and health on the bottom, I ripped those off, and I’m not sure if they’ll accept it or not. Where does it even go, anyway? So, my main question is, what are my main options for trading in my old DS?

  1. Attack of the Superdork Says:

Gamestop will take the original DS towards the purchase of a DSi. You’ll get 50 bucks for it.

I don’t think the sticker makes any difference.

Here’s the link to the ad that says it will take DS trade-ins.
